Such nice colours, I love the parasol!

I want to start using watercolours, it's very pretty and it seems like fun, so I was hoping you could help me out a little, I have a question. How do you do your lineart? Do you draw it with a pencil and watercolour it, or do you use a lining pen, or ink?

i normally use pencil first > watercolor > inking using pen
it's easier to change stuff when it's still pencil line, so yeah OvO)b
